Refund policy

At Diamond House Core you can exchange or return any product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

• You have the purchase invoice.
• The product is in the same condition as when you received it and has not been used at all.

How to request an exchange or return

Call or WhatsApp our customer service on 01068167135 with your invoice number and we’ll arrange the return with you. You can also bring the product to our showroom in Nazlet El Mohandessin.

Refunds

Once we receive the product and confirm it meets these conditions, we refund you using the same payment method you paid with.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to any mistake on our part or a problem with the order, we cover the shipping costs in full. If the product is returned without a reason, the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Warranty

Our original core drilling machines come with our “your work never stops” service: if the machine breaks down within one year of purchase, you get a free replacement machine while it is being repaired.
