How to choose the right core drilling machine
- The machine size is the largest bit it can run: an 8 inch machine runs every size from ½ inch up to 8 inch.
- For gas, plumbing and HVAC work and anything from 2 to 7 inch, an 8 or 10 inch machine is the best fit.
- Light or moderate workload: original Oubao is the best value for money. Heavy daily core drilling: original Cayken is built from higher-grade materials.
- Handheld machines are for light work only, and every machine comes in a sealed box without core bits.
